(Ear Stimulating Posture)

This posture stimulates the ears and hence the name.


  1. Be in Halasana
  2. Bend the knees and place them besides both the ears on the ground.
  3. Close the ears with palms and rest the elbows on the ground.
  4. Stay in that posture comfortably. Then gradually and slowly come back to Halasana and then the supine pose.



It improves the functioning of the ears.
