(Ear Stimulating Posture)
This posture stimulates the ears and hence the name.
- Be in Halasana
- Bend the knees and place them besides both the ears on the ground.
- Close the ears with palms and rest the elbows on the ground.
- Stay in that posture comfortably. Then gradually and slowly come back to Halasana and then the supine pose.
It improves the functioning of the ears.
