TYPES OF TTC: HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AND ASHTANGA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

LEVELS IN TTC: TWO LEVELS

LEVEL1 (RYS 200) AND LEVEL2 (RYS 500) IN HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

LEVEL1 (RYS 200) AND LEVEL2 (RYS 500) IN ASHTANGA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

DURATION: 2 MONTHS FOR LEVEL 1

1 MONTH FOR LEVEL 2(open to only IndeaYoga Level 1 Teachers)*

INTAKE: 15 STUDENTS FOR EACH LEVEL

{*IndeaYoga Teachers who wish to apply for Level 2 in Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course must complete 4 weeks of Ashtanga Yoga -Mysore Style Classes}

{Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga- Mysore Style classes will be held 1st to 28th during the months- June 2016 to Mar 2017.Registration must for Minimum 2 weeks. Registration opens 3 months prior to start of each month (i.e. Registration for June 2016 opens on 1st March 2016). Maximum Registration Accepted for 3 months only. Extension requires new Registration.}
