They are seeking alternative medicinal approaches in order to get relief from stress, gain peace and happiness. In this endeavor, the ancient Indian philosophical principles of yoga have gained lot of importance and appreciation. Yoga is helping in solving several of the physical and psychological problems troubling modern people. In addition it is serving as an essential tool in transforming the human being into an enlightened one.
